Hiroto: How to interpred firefox page inspector

How should interpret the dotted lines? Why is the box 0 width x 20 height. I'm hovering the mouse over the ul. How do I interpret the position of the dashed lines?

See this, and I get it. I'm hover the mouse over the li.

first value in " 0 X 20 " is TOP position in pixels from the top of the page (why you can't see the bounding dotted line above your selected item = it is ZERO = you can't SEE "nothing")
